Well look who's back! I meant to be back the day after Christmas but decided to spend more time with the my family. The older I get the more I realize just how important that is. I had no idea what to do for NYE, I knew it didn't have to be super fancy since we don't go out, but I decided to go with silver and gold.
I started with a base of LA Colors Live. I've had this color forever and from what I've heard it's a nice dupe of Zoya Trixie, although the Zoya is easier to find. I know foils aren't every one's cup of tea but I love this one. I used two coats but probably could have gone with a third.
I then used tape to section off the center and painted over it with two coats of Pure Ice Bite Me. I'm not really that big on gold so this is the only one I've own and I've never actually worn it I think. I then peeled off the tape and used the rhinestones from BPS down the silver streak.
I feel like I've seen this look somewhere but I can't for the life of me remember exactly. And Google has been no help whatsoever. If you know please let me know so that I can give credit :)
What do you ladies think. It was something quick and to be honest I'm a little bored with it already. Do you have any special plans this evening? Let me know down below. My night will consist of watching the ball drop with the wife and maybe some Mario Kart. As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
