SinfulColors Professional Holiday 2014 Partial Swatches & Review

Happy Sunday lovelies, I hope you are all having a great day. I'm hopeing to spend the day doing lots of nail related things. I am hopelessly behind on backing up my photos, uploading them to Facebook, and cleaning up a few nail related files on my computer. And if I can squeeze it in, I plan on doing a new mani. However, for now lets talk about the SinfulColors Professional Holiday 2014 collection.

From what I can tell (please correct me if I'm mistaken) all the shades are re-promotes, which is nice in case you have a hard time finding these normally but is sort of a bummer for those of us who would like to see new shades. Also, I already owned one of these so I threw it in too but the other four were sent to me.

Let's start with my favorite, Endless Blue: this is my second bottle of this gorgeous cobalt blue shade. This formula on this is near perfect and you can almost get away with one coat, I did two. I did have to color correct these photos so please be aware that the color is off. For more color accurate photos please refer to my first review of this color.

Next is my favorite of the two glitters that I received, Galax-Sea: this is chocked full of green and gold shards in a clear base. I decided to use a sponge to apply one coat over Gold Medal. I don't think these would work too well just applying with the brush because it has a large base to glitter ratio. I learned my lesson about with the other glitter.

Next is Gold Medal, a nice metallic gold. This is a really nice metallic because it doesn't show a million and one brush strokes! I wasn't sure how I would like this as I'm not a fan of gold but I don't hate it. Two coats with topcoat shown.

I already owned Let's Talk but I decided to add it in since it is part of the collection. I adore this purple but it is a pain to photograph! I again had to color correct these. It's a bit more of a royal purple in person. Two coats with topcoat shown.

And lastly, my least favorite of the five, Twilight Twinkles: which is a clear base with lots of gold shards. Unfortunately this too has way too much base and I tried to apply it on its own. It just ended up getting really gunky and took forever to dry. I don't think I'll be using this again anytime soon. Two coats of Lets Talk with topcoat shown.

And there you have it, the Sinful Colors Holiday collection for this year. I'm not sure I'd recommend the glitters but I definitely recommend Endless Blue and Let's Talk. What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
