Today I have some Incoco Nail Polish strips to share with you. The company was nice enough to send me a couple to review and I chose Electric Wave (green) and On The Dot. I have never used any kind of polish strips before so I was so scared that this was gonna be a disaster!
I chose to go with Electric Wave first. In the packet is everything you will need: a buffer/file, cuticle stick, remover wipes and instructions. I'm glad they included the buffer as I didn't have one and you're supposed to buff your nails before application. They have a neat little video on their website that shows you how to apply them as well.
Application is very easy (thank heavens) and straightforward. I did find that since my nails are kinda oddly shaped none of them fit perfectly. No biggie as you stretch them to get a good fit and you can't really tell unless you stare hard enough. There is a learning curve to these and since it was my first time I got a few tears and a wrinkle on my middle nail.
Please excuse the tips, when I went to file the excess off I had the file angled the wrong way and I filed some off the nail as well. I think had I taken a little more time and made sure I was filing the correct way these would have been perfect, but I'm still really happy overall with them. I adore the look and design.
I really enjoyed these strips and got my normal 3 day wear time out of them. They are supposed to last up to 14 but there's no way I could last that long lol. They have a great selection of designs and colors as well as pedicure strips. I'll list all their info at the end. What do you think? Have you tried Incoco before? I can't wait to use the other set I have. As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
