Hello ladies, who's ready to see a Valentines polish? Today's polish comes from Spellbound Nails and her Victorian Romance collection. I love that they're inspired by vintage Valentine cards, so cute. I picked up My Own Sweet Valentine, which was my favorite but a few of them called to me.
**Sidenote:** I've decided to switch my photos to squared cropping, what do you think?
Ashley described MOSV as "a girly, pearly pink with a delicate golden shimmer that almost looks duo-chrome-y in person." So pretty, and I feel for once my photos actually capture it. It sorta reminds me of Ninja Polish Pacific Coral. At least enough to satisfy my lemming, at least for a while lol.
I used three coat to make it opaque but I think I could have gotten away with two. I found mine to be little thick but that could be from all the cold weather we've been having. I think next time, if it's not better, I'll add some thinner. I didn't have any application problems and dry time was great.
It also glows in the dark. Ashley put three different glow color pigments into this so its pretty unique. This was my first time trying to capture a gitd polish so any tips are welcome. This was charged about 15 secs under my daylight bulb but I was still impressed, it was brighter in person.
I'm so glad I picked this up and I might go back for a full size. There are four other polishes in this collection and you can find them here. Which ones do you like? Let me know. As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed. :)
