Glitter Gradient Take 1

*The products in this post were received as a gift. As always, all opinions are my own. For more info you can view my disclosure policy here.*

I don't normally share most things nail related on my personal facebook. I have an album where I share my favorite looks, but that's about it. I did however share the other day that I wanted to do my nails but there were too many choices lol, a problem a lot of us face. One of the suggestions was glitter gradient, something I've been wanting to try.

I used Enchanted Forest as my base and an unknown La Colors Silver glitter for the gradient. Unfortunately the glitter was too thick and it just ended up glooping on the nail and lost the gradient effect. The more I wear it though the more it's grown on me. Not bad for a first try, I just need a better glitter for the next time.

I had to change up my photos and use sunlight since my daylight bulb was washing out the glitter. It made my camera spaze out. Also, if you know the name of this glitter, please let me know. I want to say it's Razzle, but I'm probably wrong.

Thank you Tunay Na Mahal for the suggestion :) What do you ladies think of my first glitter gradient? Have you tried one? What kind of glitters work best? I'm thinking maybe micro glitters. As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)

  3. I don't have that one so I need to go check it out lol. I don't buy many Essies cause I'm not a fan of their formula.

  6. Me either! They are too runny/bubbly. But that one is actually good. It's silver glitter.
