My Drunken Mermaid- A Placement Fail

Hello lovelies, are we enjoying our day? I have another fail post to share with you today. This one is a placement fail but I otherwise really enjoyed this mani. I may have to create it again and just be more careful lol.
                                 

When I swatched the Mentality It's a Baby! palette last week Hopscotch reminded me of being underwater with the sunlight shining through so I just had to put a mermaid on it. Unfortunately the stamp is a little big for my nubs so I had to maneuver it a bit and wasn't too careful with the middle finger. To me she looks a bit tipsy lol. The stamps are from Winstonia plate W108 and it's stamped with Konad Black Gold.

My wife thinks it looks like they are twerking..really? I guess they should be drunken, twerkin mermaids then. I am really pleased with the pointer and pinkie fingers though. I have never been able to get that stamp to fully pick-up. I guess the stamping gods felt sorry for me.

What do you ladies think? I think I'll recreate this as a pedi this weekend and maybe I'll have better luck. I know it's not seasonly appropriate but neither is running around barefoot, which is how I prefer to be. lol As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
