Hi lovelies, I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything since last week but I just haven't been happy with how my photos are turning out and haven't wanted to post any of them. However, I have lots of post that I need to do so  I kinda have to suck it up and get ish done lol. One of the things that I need to post are two plates that I recently got from BPS from the brand QGirl, which is new to me.

First up we have Qgirl 013, which has some flowers, leaves and butterfly images. Unfortunately one of the butterflies on my plate was not completely etched. I have tested all the other images (on both plates) and they stamp fine. I recorded my testing and hope to have that posted soon.
The mani I chose to create was a green monochromatic look using the leaf full image. I started with a base of SC Last Chance and stamped with Mundo de Unas Avocado. While I'm loving my Mundos, my ring finger is a perfect example of why you should let them dry for a few seconds before you stamp. Boo for a smeared image :(

Next up we have Qgirl 018, which has some nice tribal images. I didn't notice any issues with this plate and I was excited to finally do some tribal nail art.
For this mani I decided to try something that I've seen around and have been itching to try. I started with a white base and stamped in a gradient with Mundo de Unas Avocado and Iris and the chevrons. One day I will learn to stamp straight, hopefully lol. I then double stamped in Konad Black Gold with some of the individual images on the plate.
I know it kinda looks a little sloppy, but I think it also looks really fun.

Overall I think these are some nice plates. I was a little disappointed that one of the images was not completely etched but I always know that that is a risk when ordering such cheap plates. And honestly, I'm not sure I would have used the large butterfly anyway. What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
