Twinkie Nail Art Challenge October Week1: Dots

Welcome to Friday everyone, and the first Twinkie Nail Art Challenge prompt for October. I was really looking forward to this month as I thought it could help me be motivated to do some Halloween themed nails. I've already got some idea for the prompts so things are looking good so far. For this week the prompt was dots and I finally got to do a mani that I've seen everywhere,

I'm pretty sure you've seen something similar to this everywhere. I have no idea where it originated but if you do please let me know, I always want to give proper credit. I found a pin the other night before I sat down to do this week's nails so that's what I went for.

I used Zoya Chantal for the base and stamped with Konad Black Gold and Winstonia W102 for my tree. I wanted to do a free hand one but my practice ones weren't working lol. Then I created my "leaves" with Zoya Sooki, Arizona and Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow.

This was super easy and I love the overall look. I was originally thinking of doing some random dots in black and purple on a orange base but I'm glad that I went with this. Who knows, I might try that later on lol. As I look at this now I'm getting a craving for Reese Pieces lol. What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
