Today marks the last day of the Twinkie Nail Art Challenge for August. I have really enjoyed participating and seeing what everyone else came up with each week. I have also found some great new accounts to follow. The prompts for September have already been announce and I'm excited to get started on those. But now for the week 5 prompt: glitter bomb.
This look was actually inspired by something that I did for our new neighbor's daughter the night before. Leave it to a child to make you realize just how much nail related things you actually have. We may not see it as a lot but when thought about from a childs' point of view it puts it into perspective lol.I used two coats of Pop Beauty Violetta on all nails along with two coats of Sally Hansen Rockstar Pink on my pointer and middle fingers. I wish I had used a glitter that would have stood out a bit more though. I finished it all off with some black nail studs on my ring and pinkie fingers from the BPS (press sample).
I wasn't really feeling these so I took it off and filed my nails down a bit. That's twice in about a week, those things are growing like weeds! lol What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :) Also, don't forget to check the #twinkienailartchallenge on IG to see everyone else's manis,
