If you follow me on Instagram then you probably saw a few days ago I shared some news of the new collections that SinfulColors will be releasing soon. Well, today three from the Full Throttle collection to share with you. These are rubberized textures so I had no clue what to expect with these.
Let me start by saying that the key to these are thin coats! I made the mistake at first of using a too thick second coat and after well over 15 minutes it still wasn't dry to the touch. I started over using very thin coats and I didn't notice any issues. They apply really well and actually do dry fairly quick. I used 2 coats and no topcoat for each swatch.
They do dry to a rubber like finish with some texture. I think the texture is closest to the SH Sugar Coats but way toned down. It's an interesting combo, but I really liked it. Of course my camera refused to pick it up, but the last polish will give you the best idea.
First up is Rubber Ball: "a passionate pit stop pink"
Next, Rain Rubber: "a brilliant burnout blue"
And lastly, Race Rubber: "a powerful punch of purple"
I was a little skeptical of these when I first received the press release, but I really ended up liking them. You guys know I love my textures and these add something new to my collection. I think my favorite of the three was Race Rubber, which really shocked me cause that's not my color at all. What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
