AIS: Musical Nails

Guess who finally made it back to participating in the weekly prompt for the Adventure In Stamping group, lol. I really have no excuse for not doing it recently other than letting other things get in the way. But I knew I had to participate this week since the prompt was "Musical Nails". I absolutely love music, all kinds! One of my favorite things atm is Classical Pop. Sounds weird right? But it's wonderful, I've been listening to the Classical Goes Pop channel on Pandora almost non-stop recently. I think that might have had a little influence over this mani...

 I started with a base of Mentality Black Holo. I really wish my sun shots of this would have been better, this is gorgeous in the sunlight. I also need to try some more from this brand. I then attempted to stamp with China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy, which surprisingly worked pretty well! I used Cheeky Plate CH31 for the stamp. I finished it off with some neon blue studs from the Born Pretty Store.

I love the finished results, and between the holo and neon stamping this was a stunner in the sun. Does anyone have any tips for photographing in sunlight? All of my pics (and I took a lot!) turned of too red or yellow. What do you ladies think? As always, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed :)
