Wet n Wild Megalast On A Trip

Morning ladies, today I have Wet n Wild's Megalast On A Trip for you. This is the first polish that I have tried from this line. I wasn't expecting much but I really wanted this color after seeing a couple swatches of it and thanks to Copious it only cost me a penny. So, I figured what did I have to lose? I was pleasantly surprised!

On A Trip is a light electric purple creme. In some light it leans more blue than purple. Depending on your lightening, you could call it blurple. It was fully opaque in two coats. I felt that it had almost the perfect formula, it wasn't too thin but it wasn't too thick either.

It was not what I expected from seeing other people's swatches. I think that is because lots of cameras want to make it look bluer than it is irl.

Overall, I like the "ManiCure Pro brush". Not everyone does. But for me I feel that it helps me create a straighter "cuticle line", which I always have a problem with. The only problem I had was that it makes it hard to cover the sides of the nail, which I didn't see until after I had put on my topcoat and was going through the pictures that I took. This was really only a problem on my right hand.

The company website says that it will give you up to "5 days of chip resistant wear". I 've only had it on for about two days and so far so good. At about $2 a bottle I will definitely be trying more. I have to put Candy-licious, I need a Refresh-mint, and Havana on my wishlist.

Have you tried On A Trip or any of the other colors from the Megalast line? What are your thoughts? Thank you guys for joining me and enjoy the rest of your day!

*I have seen the Megalast line at Wal-Mart and Walgreens.*
